1 For Item codes 01ax for Modularization package. Suppliers for Modularization package 01ax : Past Track Record: 1. Third party inspection release notes issued by TPIA(Third party inspection agency) for supplies made to hydrocarbon sector or any other related sector. Inspection Release note shall correspond to each type with highest size & metallurgy and with copies of un-priced purchase orders and applicable drawing/data sheets, duly Notarized shall be submitted. 2. Supply reference details of the supplies made in last three years, in Format No. PDD-G-01 shall be submitted. Refer Annexure XVI for formats. 3. Supply references , Financial details shall be submitted as per format A,B,C,D & E available in Annexure XVI (duly notarized/certified by statutory Auditor, strictly in line with EIL terms and condition Clause along with relevant documents ).
2 Techno-Commercial Requirement: 1. The annual fabrication capacity of the facility should be minimum 5000 MT/year . Supplier to submit documentary evidence. 2. Supplier shall have minimum facilities for fabrication such as: o should be capable of rolling shell thickness upto 100 mm o shall have pipe bending machine upto 24 (owned or agreement ,if outsourced) o CNC cutting /Auto welding /drilling facilities ,. 3. Facility shall cover minimum Total Area and shall be equipped with minimum 300MT crane for single lift and back-up power facilities. 4. The facility should have captive design capability with Staard Pro ,Tekla , PV Ellite, Autocad, Ansys, HTRI,Etank, 3D modeling & X-steel software etc. or equivalent Software and hardware for carrying out the work.
3 5. Supplier should have turnover of 350 crores /per year in Modularization Package business. 6. Supplier shall submit Documentary evidence and audited balance sheets for qualification . 7. Supplier should have adequate facility to manufacture minimum 2 Modularization package at a time . 8. Supplier shall be located nearest to port not more than 20KM from the jetty with no limitation on size and weight . 9. Experience: should have executed at least one modular size 10 M x 10M x 20M upto 300MT weight
