The User will go to the Identity & Access Management System web site at https://npp and select "Accept.". 2. The User selects the " Forgot Password " option located under the User ID. and Password boxes. 3. The User will enter their User ID and select "Continue.". 4. The User will answer three Security Questions or provide User Information by entering the last 4 digits of their SSN, DOB, First Name, Last Name, Personal Phone Number, and Home Zip/Postal Code, and select "Continue.
2 ". 5. The User will enter a new Password which meets CMS. Requirements, retype the new Password , and select "Reset". 6. If the Password meets CMS standards, a message that the Password has been reset will be shown. Select "Continue to Login Page". Article I016.
