1 Form MTC No. 2 Declaration OF Secrecy Made in terms of section 90 of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act I, .. do solemnly declare that: a) My attention has been drawn to the relevant provisions of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (Cap 42:08) and any Guidelines which may be issued by the Board from time to time. b) I hereby affirm that I understand such provisions, and am fully aware of the serious consequences which may follow any breach on my part of such provisions. c) I undertake to abide by the said provisions at all time during the course of my appointment as a member of the Ministerial Tender Committee. Thereafter, I further undertake not to divulge without the Board prior approval in writing, any information relating to the activities of the Board, its clients or staff, to any unauthorized persons, body or third party unless specifically authorized to do so by nature of my position at the committee, or by an authorized Board official, or by the Court of Law.
