Funding for the program is provided by the ODJFS.

So what do caregivers need to know about this exciting new system? All Publicly Licensed Ohio Caregivers Have Records in E-Track. All Parents Who Have Finalized an Adoption Are Eligible to Have Records in E-Track. While every public caregiver has an E-Track record, if we have your e-mail address you are able to log into E-Track from anywhere with internet access.
