Follow 40 East into and through the Cambridge downtown area, turn left onto Highland Avenue. (State Route 22 splits from SR 40 here.) ECORTC is located on the right between Highland Market and guernsey County DJFS. --- OR -- I-77 to Exit 47 (SR 22).
9 Turn west off ramp, follow State Route 22 through first traffic light. RTC is located on the left approximately block after stoplight. Belmont County DJFS, 68145 Hammond Road, St. Clairsville: Take I-70 East to Exit 213. Turn right and then left onto Route 331 at the light. Turn right at the second traffic light onto Hammond Road. Follow it around the back of Belmont Technical College to building on the right. Carroll County DJFS, 95 East Main Street, Carrollton: I-77 to Route 39 Exit. Turn east off exit. Follow Route 39 to Carrollton. Go through three traffic lights. After third traffic light, there is a BP station. The DJFS is located in the yellow brick building across the street from the BP station. Training room is located in the Annex Building next to Carroll County DJFS.
10 Coshocton County DJFS, 725 Pine Street, Coshocton: Take I-77 to Exit 65 (SR 36--Newcomerstown/Port Washington). Follow Routes 36/16 West to SR 541 ramp towards Roscoe Village/Coshocton. Turn right onto SR 541. Turn right onto Seventh Street and then left onto Pine Street. Harrison County DJFS, 520 North Main Street, Cadiz: Route 22 to Cadiz, go past Route 9 Exit, approximately one mile, there is a crossroads, turn right, down ramp, group of buildings on left. DJFS is clearly marked. Large redwood building. Jefferson County DJFS, Children Services Division, 125 South Fifth Street, Steubenville: Take SR 22 East to Steubenville. Exit on the left onto SR 7 South. Take SR 7 South to Washington Street, turn right onto Washington Street. Go three blocks and turn left onto Fifth Street.
