The weight of FREJA300 is only 15 kg. The rugged hardware design is built forfield use over a wide temperature range, with thepossibilities of intelligent software to perform rapid 300 can be operated with or without a PC. All settings are saved automatically when youexit, but if you prefer you can assign the settings a nameand save them separately for convenient access when youconduct your next test. The display can also show themeasured value that is being generated. This feature isequivalent to three voltmeters and three ammeters thatpresent RMS values for all generators. On the Sequence page, you can vary all generatorparameters independently. You can have up to 25 differentstates (prefault, fault1, fault2, fault3 etc.). This is usefulwhen testing autoreclose relays or motor protection.
5 On the Ramp page, you can ramp all generator parametersindependently. Amplitudes and angles are shown on avector diagram, and values can be set with a dial,keyboard or mouse. 7 Normally, you test one type of fault at a time whentesting relays. With FREJA Win, however, you can test allseven fault types automatically if so desired. All you haveto do is press the <Start> button. FREJA will test all sevenfault types automatically and then compare the readingswith the theoretical values that you entered on theConfiguration page. If the readings are OK, a green lamplights. If not, a red lamp lights.
