FTSE 100 Enhanced Income Plan 4905 How does the Plan work?The Initial Index Level is recorded at the start of the Plan. The Initial Index Level is the closing level of the FTSE 100 on theStart Plan will pay Income of on each monthly Income Payment Date, irrespective of the performance of the FTSE 100. The first Income Payment Date is 29 April 2019 and monthly thereafter. You will receive your Income payment within 7 Banking Days of the relevant Income Payment after 5 yearsThe Final Index Level is recorded at the end of the Plan. The Final Index Level is the closing level of the FTSE 100 on the FinalMaturity example, if the Final Index Level has fallen by 55% from the Initial Index Level then your initial investment will be reduced by55%.If the Final Index Level is higher than or equal to 60% of the Initial Index Level you will receive back your , if the Final Index Level is lower than 60% of the Initial Index Level, you will receive back your initialinvestment minus 1% for every 1% fall in the FTSE 100 (including partial percentages).

9 There is a risk that you will not receive any return on your investment after 5 are not investing directly in the FTSE 100, therefore regardless of how high the FTSE 100 rises, the maximum return atmaturity for this Plan will be as shown on page 07. It is therefore possible that any return you receive from this Plan may beless than the amount you would have received by investing directly in the FTSE the Plan Term, if Investec Bank plc fails or becomes insolvent ( goes bankrupt or similar), you could lose some or allof your money. In this event it is unlikely that you would be covered by the Financial Services Compensation to the Start Date and after the Final Maturity Date your money will be held on deposit by Investec as banker and not astrustee. If Investec goes bankrupt or similar, you could lose some or all of your money. In this event you would need to seekcompensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), subject to your eligibility as a claimant.
