3 AccommodationGarden SpaOur GARDEN Spa offers overnight, full and half day packages providing decadent Spa experiences in our tented Treehouse or indoor treatment rooms. With delightful extras, this is the perfect spoil for a bridal party staying over the night before a wedding or simply for bride and groom to take time out. A full body massage for bride and groom is included in our Wedding Package and can be taken at any Spa Menu includes Mani and Pedi Treatments as well. Bookings via and ConditionsDepositA non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the venue and chapel hire, is payable within 10 days of making a booking. Should the deposit not be received during this time, it will be assumed that you no longer wish to proceed with the booking and the date will be deposit should be paid by electronic bank transfer. No credit card payments are permitted for the deposit. The booking is confirmed once the Termsand Conditions have been acknowledged and the Booking Form is completed.

4 Rates for Sundays and Public Holidays are increased by an additional R1 700 incl. VAT for venue hire and an additional R575 incl. VAT for chapel hire. Refundable Damage DepositA refundable damage deposit of R1500 (up to 150 guests) / R3000 (more than 150 guests) is charged to allow for any breakages of glasses, burns or wax to table linen etc. This will be refunded to the client once these items have been checked. You will be liable for any other damage to Talloula property caused by you/your guests or suppliers, of whatever , Loss or DamageTalloula will not be held responsible for damage or loss of property of any guest/supplier whilst on their paymentFinal payment of venue hire, chapel hire, flowers and catering is required 30 days prior to the event. Only electronic bank transfers are permitted, no credit or debit card payments will be accepted. An additional charge of R575 per day, incl.

5 VAT will be levied on all overdue payments. Menu /Service Fee Menu s and menu prices must be confirmed in writing 30 days prior to the event. There is a 15% service fee plus vat levied on all catering for waitrons and bar staff. Confirmation of final numbersConfirmation of final numbers is required 14 days prior to the event. Should the numbers change within the last 14 days, Talloula reserves the right to charge for the original number booked. You are reminded to make allowance for any service providers such as photographers, DJ s and band members when confirming final numbers. Seating arrangements should also be provided for all Service Providers BarAll bar expenses are to be paid prior to departure by credit card. No exceptions will be allowed. Talloula will not be responsible for any guest who does not agree with the bill presented at the end of the evening. Corkage is permitted of R40 per bottle of wine or champagne on thefirst 20 bottles, and R50 per bottle thereafter is permitted.

6 This fee is vat exclusive. Open BarIn the event that you wish to operate an open bar (with or without limit) Talloula undertakes to provide a regular sub-total to a nominated person in order to keep track of BarIn the event of a cash bar operating, guests will be responsible for immediate payment of drinks either by credit card or cash. Drinks allocated to the main account are to be settled at the end of the FUNCTION prior to departure by credit card. A list of required drinks, along withwine choices, will be confirmed prior to the FUNCTION , and should be received by Talloula in writing 30 days prior to the At no time will any guest be allowed to bring drinks or food onto the premises. Contravention of this requirement by a guestwill result in the respective parties being asked to leave the premises immediately. It is the responsibility of the Bride and Groom to ensure that all guests are notified of this condition in advance and that it is adhered to.

7 FUNCTION Times Due to local by-laws, music in the venue is to be switched off at overtime rate of R2 000 plus VAT per hour or part thereof, will be charged for any guests remaining at the venue after midnight. This refundable deposit of R2 000 plus VAT is required with the 30 day payment. Kindly note that should the wedding begin later than 30 minutes after the agreed starting time, a surcharge of R1 140 incl. VAT per hour or part thereof will be charged.
