2 The GM will be responsible for the continued implementation of all standard operating procedures and processes while ensuring continuous growth through innovation and industry trends. Providing respectful leadership to managers and staff is essential and a high degree of engagement and visibility with the membership is required. THE country club AND COMMUNITY The Mission Statement of the club is To preserve, enhance and expand the services, functions and physical facilities provided for our members with the appropriate fiscal responsibility. The quality of the club experience is our first priority The country club was established in 1996 as a 501(C)7 and a AZ Non-Profit Corporation. The club has the reputation for being a very friendly and social club . Social membership is mandatory with a purchase of a home, golf membership is optional. The club is in North scottsdale , 30 minutes from Phoenix, close to the towns of Carefree and Cave Creek. The community structure of 1,380 homes, ranging in price from $400K to $ , on 800 acres is unique, with three separate legal entities.

3 The country club (TCC), Golf club (TGC) and the Community Association (TCA). The country club is self-managed with the GENERAL MANAGER structure while the Golf club is managed by Troon Golf and the Community Association managed by CCMC. All entities work very well together providing the membership with excellent amenities, services and memorable experiences. country club STATISTICS Members 1,380 homes, approximately 2,200 members Average Age - 67 Monthly Social Dues - $190 Gross Dollar Volume $ Capital Reserves $ Food and Beverage Revenues $ Employees 50, plus outsourced service companies Clubhouse 24,000 sf. Fitness Center 10,000 sf. Tennis 6 hard courts Pool Olympic size with 4 lap lanes Community Center 12,000 sf. with 7 individual meeting and activity rooms, as well as an Art Center. KEY INITIAL PRIORITIES Smooth Transition Planning. Execution of the Clubhouse Remodel Project. Develop with Clubhouse MANAGER and Executive Chef a well delivered F&B transition plan for Clubhouse closedown and relaunching program.

4 Meet and review management personal, past performance and their established goals and objectives for the upcoming fiscal year. Develop strong Board and Committee relationships. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of 5 7 years of progressive leadership and management experience in a private club environment. GENERAL Managers as well as club Managers will be considered for the position. Experience working with a Board of Directors and Committees is essential to achieve exceptional strategic short and long-term planning. Prior experience planning and executing capital improvement projects with emphasis on remodels will be a necessity. Strong financial acumen, working with capital reserves and multi-year reserve study development. Management of diverse amenities (quality f&b programming, fitness and wellness, tennis, aquatics and social group planning). Strong communication skills, verbal and written with members, staff and vendors. Development of staff with defined goals and objectives.

5 EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS Preferably a college graduate with CCM designation and commitment to ongoing professional development.
