Downing your favourite GERMAN draft beer in often steaming hot conditions at the club should now be an unfortunate feature of the past.

2 The Committee is pleased to report that the major refurbishment of the club s central air conditioning system has just about been completed. Our contractor is awaiting the arrival of some monitoring parts still to be installed before we sign off on this expensive but necessary upgrade. Come along to the Karneval , enjoy some good old-fashioned Fastnacht fun and let us know whether the new system (together with the exciting offerings of our very own DJ Cooool Christa ) meet your expectations. As we work towards the establishment of our Beer Garden and the introduction of occasional Sunday Fr hschoppens , I would like to remind members that the Committee would prefer them not to park in the courtyard or on the nature strip in front of the club s entrance. There is ample space in the street as well as in the adjoining car park that is not being used by neighbouring businesses during our opening hours.

3 Don t forget that the club has an extensive library of GERMAN language books, CDs and DVDs that members can hire. Come along on any Monday morning and browse! Take care!
