3 Duties: Receive and record monthly creditor statements Reconciliation of creditor statements with SAGE Evolution financial system Receive and record all invoices on SAGE evolution prior to payment processing Processing of supplier invoices on SAGE evolution prior to payment processing Preparation of supporting documents (Purchase orders, quotes, invoices etc.) for the finance officer for review and payment approval Importing of invoice payments form SAGE Evolution into FNB and other online banking platforms Filing of invoices and all supporting documents after payment after payment processing takes place Attending to queries received from all end-users and suppliers with regard to invoice and payment processing Experience on SAGE Evolution and online banking platforms is a MUST and other related duties.
