2 Please see map and directions on Pages 19 and 20. CONDITIONS OF SALE. The sale is held subject to the LAA Conditions of Sale in addition to the Auctioneers General Conditions of Sale. The auctioneers full terms and conditions of sale are displayed on notice boards within the mart and it is strongly recommended that vendors and potential purchasers read them. SETTLEMENT AND CLEARANCE OF STOCK. Settlement in full is due to the Auctioneers immediately at the close of the sale. No animals will be permitted to leave the premises without an official pass obtainable upon settlement.

3 2. All animals will be sold in guineas. GISBURN AUCTION CPH: 21/650/8000. NDBC SHOW AND SALE CONDITIONS GISBURN 2018. The NDBC contact is Alec Steff: 07970 920220. Registered stock (only) will be inspected for health, teeth and testicles between 10 am and am. All registered sheep must therefore be penned by 10 am. Any registered animals which do not reach the inspection standard will not be eligible for the show or sale and must be removed from their pens immediately. All sheep entered as registered must have their ears tattooed or tagged with the flock and individual numbers.

4 These will be checked at the inspection and any not so identified will be deemed to be unregistered. All vendors of MV accredited sheep must send a copy of the accreditation certificate with their entry forms. The relevant MV, pedigree and Genotype certificates must be handed in to the auctioneers prior to the sale. Sale open to MV, non-accredited, registered, unregistered, cross bred females and non home bred animals. Sale sheep will be accepted from all Dorset breeders whether or not they are club or national association members.

5 All sheep must be lot numbered before entering the market. All sheep will be sold in catalogue order in guineas with a commission rate. 3. Sheep will be accepted on Saturday 11th August 2018 from 7am on the day of sale. If you wish to make alternative arrangements, you will need to speak to Richard Turner and Son Auctioneers. The order of draw was carried out by an independent body. Show to commence at approximately 11 am. Only NDBC members are permitted to exhibit in the show classes. They are limited to two entries in each class which must be exhibitor bred and society registered.
