About this report The 2015 Global telecommunications study has been conducted by EY to monitor and evaluate the evolving views of business leaders across the Global telecommunications industry. These included not just the major operators in these regions, but also wider sector stakeholders, including technology providers and industry experts. We conducted in-depth interviews with all these participants, supported by insights and analysis from EY's sector professionals and secondary research sources.

The methodology We met with each of the senior industry executives who participated in the study , asking them 12 questions focused both on the industry as a whole as well as on specific areas within their organizations.
