4 As positive pressure replaces the vacuum which formed the cavitation bubble, it implodes, resulting in high pressure waves which do the work we ascribe to produce this effect, electrical energy at the ultrasonic fre-quency is supplied to ultrasonic transducers by an ultrasonic gen-erator. This electrical energy is applied to piezoelectric elements in the transducer which vibrate. These vibrations are amplified by the transducer s resonant masses and are introduced into the liquid through a radiating surface (in a GMC-3523 , the bottom of the cleaning tank is the radiating surface). The result: Energetic disturbances generated by theimplosion of countless cavitation bubbles.

5 These perform the cleaning task by providing micro-agitation through theliquid which safely and effectively scrubs the parts being transducersBefore you buy -Check out the competition! The GMC-3523 packs more ultrasonic power, more heat and better engineering throughout the machine. Who sells the other guys their ultrasonics? Every unit is equipped with our own rugged, reliable 40kHz ultrasonic transduc-ers and high performance NeptuneTM generators designed and manufactured by Blackstone~NEY Ultrasonics, Inc., the leader in advanced parts cleaning technology.
