1 Go to the MyBSC portal site - and login. Click on the link for Banner SSB Once you are in Banner SSB, select Student & Financial Aid (or, you can click on the Student tab). Select Student Records . Select Account Summary by Term . Your charges and payments for the term are listed under Account Summary by Term. If you received an email indicating that your financial aid has been disbursed and your Account Balance indicates a credit (a negative dollar amount), providing you have been attending school, you will receive these funds within 7-14 days from when the credit occurred. If your Account Balance is zero ($ ) and REFUND STUDENT ONLINE is listed in your Account Summary, your excess loan funds are in process. If you selected the BankMobile card option, you should receive your funds by the end of the next business day, and you will receive an email from BankMobile once your funds are available. If you selected the direct deposit option, your funds should deposit to your bank account within 2-3 business days.
