1 Gold Wing Road Riders Association 33th Annual Georgia district Wing Fling Rally August 2nd - 4th, 2018 Dear Valued vendor , We would like to invite you to our 2018 Georgia district Rally. We are proud to announce that we will be in Toccoa, Georgia for our Rally, and we will be located at the Georgia Baptist Conference Center. The Georgia Baptist Conference Center is located 5 miles from downtown Toccoa and is easily accessed by vendors and convenient for the Rally Participants. Most vendors will be located inside the chapel or conference hall. Those who have large trailers or wish to be outside will be located just outside the chapel door in the parking lot. We realize the importance of having a variety of quality vendors with a good selection of products to offer the visiting members.

2 In an effort to provide a positive experience for our vendors and attendees, we reserve the right to limit the number of vendors offering the same product or service. Please fill out the attached vendor Application and include a list of the Product(s) or Services you wish to offer at our rally (PLEASE BE SPECIFIC). Upon receiving your application and vendor fee, you will receive an email confirmation. Your vendor Registration will include full registrations per vendor space and entitles you to all the benefits of the convention. Please let us know if you how many workers will accompany you. 5 Hotel Room Registration at All Vendors are asked to donate a gift as a game prize or Grand Prize for our event. All Vendors are required to abide by the following restrictions: All vendors must list their products they are selling, failure to do so will not enable you to sell these items. No vendor is allowed to let another vendor sublet with their space or you will be charged a minimum additional charge of your vendor fee. Vendors are not to assume their previous year s space will be open to them. Vendors will be placed into their requested amount of space as they show up for their assigned row. No vendor will sell anything to anyone who is not registered for the Convention / Rally, if you are caught, you will be asked to leave and not asked back.

6 Vendors are responsible for having their own liability insurance and must comply with all Local, City, County, and State laws and regulations.
