The Adobe form needs to be completed electronically using Adobe Acrobat / Acrobat Reader. Only electronically completed Adobe forms will be accepted. No printed, handwritten and/or scanned Adobe forms will be accepted. 6. The completed electronic Adobe form has to be submitted via email to The form needs to be submitted in its original electronic Adobe format to enable the system to extract the completed information from the form for placement in the publication. 7. Every notice submitted must be accompanied by an official GPW quotation.
