Rainfall occurred at most places over Andaman & Nicobar Islands; at one or two places over Odisha. Weather remained dry over Sikkim & Sub Himalayan West bengal , Gangetic West bengal , Bihar and Jharkhand. No large change occurred in Yesterday's maximum temperature. Those were above normal at a few places over Sub Himalayan west bengal ; at one or two places over Gangetic west bengal and Odisha; below normal at one or two places over Bihar and were near normal elsewhere in the region.
