Every applicant should submit their options from 1 to 8 for posting in one of the above mentioned Eight medical Colleges. 3 The eligibility criteria which are mandatory for the posts are as follows: Posts Academic Qualifications Teaching and research experience Registration Professor A Postgraduate qualification MD/MS in concerned specialty and as per TEQ regulations of MCI (Minimum qualifications for teachers in medical institutions regulations 1998 including prevailing amendments) Associate Professor for 3 years in the concerned subject in a recognized/permitted/approved medical college/institute with 4 research publications in indexed journals on cumulative basis with minimum of 2 research publications during tenure as Associate Professor, as first author or corresponding author* MBBS and Additional qualification registered with TELANGANA State medical Council**. Associate Professor A Postgraduate qualification MD/MS in concerned specialty and as per TEQ regulations of MCI (Minimum qualifications for teachers in medical institutions regulations 1998 including prevailing amendments) Assistant Professor for 4 years in the concerned subject in a recognized/permitted/approved medical college/institute with 2 research publications in indexed journals on cumulative basis with minimum of 2 research publications during the tenure as Assistant Professor, as first author or corresponding author* MBBS and Additional qualification registered with TELANGANA State medical Council**.

4 Assistant Professor A Postgraduate qualification MD/MS in concerned specialty and as per TEQ regulations of MCI (Minimum qualifications for teachers in medical institutions regulations 1998 including prevailing amendments) Clinical: 3 years teaching experience as resident/tutor and 1 year as Senior Resident in the concerned subject in a recognized medical college. Non- Clinical: 3years teaching experience as resident/ tutor and 1 year teaching experience after obtaining post graduate degree(MD) as tutor/Senior resident in the concerned subject in a recognized medical college MBBS and Additional qualification registered with TELANGANA State medical Council**. * As per NMC/MCI guidelines. 3 ** The selection will be based on (TEQ) teacher eligibility qualification as per latest NMC guidelines. ** Outside state candidates should get their qualification registered from TELANGANA State medical Council within one week of selection, for their appointment to be confirmed.

5 Schedule: Last date for submission of Online Application 28-10-2021 before 5:00 PM Declaration of final selection List 31-10-2021 Last Date of Joining 07-11-2021 1. DNB Candidates will be selected as per the latest existing NMC guidelines (Notification dated 31-10-2018). 2. Selection of candidates will be Nationwide (first preference is given to the local candidates, if local candidates are not available candidates from other states will be considered) 3. The age of the applicant should be below 69 years on the day of Notification. 4. The candidates should not have appeared for any NMC assessment on and after 31st July 2021 since the assessment is for the academic year 2021-22.(A self declaration should be submitted at the time of application) 5. The selected candidate will have to submit the relieving order from their previous institute, failing which their selection will stand cancelled.

6 6. The candidates who have joined and working in any other GOVERNMENT medical Colleges of TELANGANA on Contract basis in same cadre are not eligible to Apply 7. During the period of contract, the faculty will be paid a consolidated monthly remuneration depending upon the post as per GO. Health, medical and Family Welfare (B1), GOVERNMENT of TELANGANA , dated 03/08/2018. The remuneration shall be all inclusive and subject to deduction of tax at source and/ or any other statutory deductions to the extent required under the laws. 8. The Faculty of Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor will be paid Rupees Fifty Thousand/month ( ,000 per Month) as a special incentive over and above the consolidated remuneration.

7 Consolidated Pay of the faculty Post Consolidated remuneration 1 Professor 1,90,000/- Per Month 2 Associate Professor 1,50,000/- Per Month 3 Assistant Professor 1,25,000/- Per Month 1. The selected faculty will be eligible for thirty (30) days leave in a calendar year on cumulative basis. 2. The appointment as contract employee is purely on temporary basis for a period of one year or till the vacancies are filled by promotion / regular appointment, whichever is earlier. This contract placement does not confer any right for future GOVERNMENT appointment. 4 3. The contract is liable to be terminated at any time with a one-month notice during tenure period, without assigning any reason whatsoever. The selected faculty may terminate the contract any time with one month s notice. 4. The engaged faculty will be at the disposal of the institute on whole time basis and his/her service may be utilized in any manner required by the Competent Authority of the Institute without any claims for any additional remuneration.

The selected candidate will be posted as per their options depending on the availability of vacancy in that institute in a sliding manner .Preference of same place posting will be considered if couples are applying for posts subject to availability of vacancies . 6. Study/Bonafide certificates 1st to 7th class. d. MBBS and MD/MS/DNB Degree e. MBBS registration from TELANGANA /AP medical council, PG qualification registration from TELANGANA State medical council only (without the registration the application will be rejected for local candidates of TELANGANA ) **. Outside state candidate should submit their state medical Council Registration Certificate and get their Certificates registered from TELANGANA State medical council within one week of their selection, for their appointment to be confirmed.

9 F. Copy of experience certificate for all teaching appointments held. g. Senior Resident/Tutor experience certificate for Assistant Professor Post if applicable. h. Copies of Publications with proof of indexation. i. One set of Self attested Xerox copies of above documents to be uploaded online. j. A self-declaration form stating that they did not appear for NMC assessment on and after 31st July 2021. Note: The original certificates MBBS, MD/MS/DNB degree along with MBBS registration and MS/MD/DNB Degree/Specialty degree registration, experience certificate and publication have to be produced at the time of Joining . Incomplete applications will be rejected. SHORTLISTED PROFESSOR & ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR CANDIDATES WILL BE CALLED FOR VERIFICATION OF THE CERTIFICATES ,EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATES AND PUBLICATIONS BEFORE GIVING APPOINTMENT LETTERS.

10 THEY HAVE TO ATTEND THE INTERVIEW AT DME OFFICE AT THEIR OWN COST. SELECTED ASSISTANT PROFESSOR CANDIDATES HAVE TO REPORT AT RESPECTIVE INSTITUTIONS FOR VERIFICATION OF CERTIFICATES AND APPOINTMENT ORDERS. 5 Selection Criteria Candidates will be selected based on the following criteria: Marks obtained in MD/MS/DNB PG Degree for Assistant Professor posts. (If marks are not awarded in the qualifying exam 50% of marks will be considered) For Professor and Associate Professor the duration of their teaching experience in that Cadre will be considered for Selection Criteria .
