2 Successful applicants must be able to teach at least two of the following modules: Introduction to Soil Science, Introduction to Chemistry, Introduction to Biology, Practical Agriculture 1, Academic and Professional Communication, Introduction to Computers and Computer Technologies, Introduction to Zimbabwean Culture and Heritage, Basic Microbiology and Introductory Entomology, Animal Anatomy and Physiology, Introduction to Agricultural Economics, African Philosophy and Thought, Principles of Crop Production, Sugarcane Production and Management, Fertilizer Management and Plant Nutrition, Scientific and Proposal Writing Skills in Agriculture, Research Methods, and Statistics, Agronomy of Major Field Crops.

3 Drought Preparedness Management, Agricultural Statistics, Sugarcane production and Technology, Entomology and Insect Pest Management, Seed Science and Technology, Crop Production Systems, Weed Ecology and Management, Professional Ethics in Agriculture, Small grain Production, Plant Pathology, Plant Breeding, Dry Land Farming Practices, Meteorology and Climate Change, Agroforestry, Agricultural Extension, Project Planning, Appraisal and Evaluation, Agronomy of Legumes Crops, farm Management and Environmental Science and Pollution. DIPLOMA IN SUGARCANE AGRICULTURE (6 POSTS) Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture specializing in Crop Science or Agricultural Engineering or Commerce with at least a degree classification.

4 Possession of a relevant Masters or Higher degree is an added advantage. Successful applicants must have at least three (3) years working experience in a sugarcane environment and be able to teach at least two of the following modules: Soil Science, Sugarcane Physiology, Computer Skills, Sugarcane Agronomy, Sugarcane Mechanization and Tillage, Sugarcane Pest, Weed and Disease Management, Sugarcane Irrigation and Varieties, Soils and Fertilizer Management in Sugarcane, Sugarcane Irrigation Systems, Commercial Law, Harvesting and Ratoon 2 Management, Sugarcane Technology and By-Products, Sugarcane Accounts, Sugarcane Marketing and Projects.

5 DIPLOMA IN SUGARCANE AGRICULTURE: DEMONSTRATOR (1 POST) Applicants must hold a Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent. A Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture or equivalent is an added advantage. Applicants must have at least ten (10) years working experience in a sugarcane environment and be able to teach the following modules: Sugarcane Practical I, Sugarcane Practical 2 and Sugarcane Practical 3. DEPARTMENT OF LIVESTOCK, WILDLIFE AND FISHERIES (20 POSTS) Applicants must hold a doctoral degree in Livestock, Wildlife and Fisheries or equivalent, a Masters degree in Livestock, Wildlife and Fisheries or equivalent and a relevant first degree with at least a degree classification and a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher and Tertiary Education.

6 Applicants who can show some progress towards acquiring a relevant doctoral degree may be considered. Successful applicants must be able to teach at least two of the following modules: Academic and Professional Communication, Introduction to Computers and Computer Technologies, Introduction to Zimbabwean Culture and heritage, Practical Agriculture II, Agricultural Biochemistry, Principles of Genetics, African Philosophy and Thought, Animal Anatomy and Physiology, Animal Nutrition, Research Methods and Statistics, Professional Ethics in Agriculture, Introduction Animal Production, Dairy Production, Beef Production, Pasture and Range Management, Pig and Poultry Production Systems, Livestock Improvement, Animal Breeding, Sheep and Goat Production Systems, Animal products and Processing, Fisheries Management and Population Dynamics, Wildlife Management.

7 Wildlife Population Dynamics, Wildlife Ecology, Wildlife Study Techniques and Technologies, Intensive Wildlife Production Systems, Fish Nutrition, Livestock Disease Management, Wildlife Law and Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing.
