This is especially true for poorly drain-ing soils and soils with shallow ground water. This productis classified as having high potential for reaching surfacewater via runoff for several months or more after applica-tion. A level, well-maintained vegetative buffer stripbetween areas to which this product is applied and sur-face water features such as ponds, streams, and springswill reduce the potential loading of boscalid from runoffwater and sediment. Runoff of this product will be reducedUSER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONSU sers should: Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum,using tobacco, or using the toilet.

5 Remove clothing/PPE immediately if pesticide getsinside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing. Remove clothing/PPE immediately after handling thisproduct. Wash the outside of gloves before soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change intoclean AIDIf in eyes Hold eyes open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after first 5 minutes; then continue rinsing. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment on skin Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15 to 20 minutes. DO NOTapply this product in a way that will contact workers or other per-sons, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. For anyrequirements specific to your state or tribe, consult theagency responsible for pesticide otherwise directed in supplemental labeling, allapplicable directions, restrictions, precautions, andConditions of Sale and Warrantyare to be labeling must be in the user s possession USE REQUIREMENTSUse this product only in accordance with its labeling andwith the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR part standard contains requirements for the protection ofagricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, andgreenhouses, and handlers of agricultural pesticides.

8 Itcontains requirements for training, decontamination, notification, and emergency assistance. It also containsspecific instructions and exceptions pertaining to thestatements on this label about Personal ProtectiveEquipment (PPE) and restricted-entry intervals. Therequirements in this box only apply to uses of this prod-uct that are covered by the Worker Protection NOTenter or allow worker entry into treated areasduring the restricted-entry interval (REI) of 12 required for early entry to treated areas that is per-mitted under the Worker Protection Standard and thatinvolves contact with anything that has been treated,such as plants, soil, or water, is: Protective eyewear (goggles, face shield or safetyglasses) Coveralls Chemical-resistant gloves (made of any waterproofmaterial) Shoes plus socksSTORAGE AND DISPOSALDO NOTcontaminate water, food, or feed by storage DisposalWastes resulting from the use of this product may be dis-posed of on site or at an approved waste disposal these wastes cannot be disposed of according to labelinstructions, contact your State Pesticide orEnvironmental Control Agency or the Hazardous Wasterepresentative at the nearest EPA Regional Office HandlingNonrefillable Container.

9 DO NOTreuse or refill thiscontainer. Triple rinse or pressure rinse container(or equivalent) promptly after emptying; then offer forrecycling, if available, or reconditioning, if appropriate, orpuncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by incin-eration, or by other procedures approved by state andlocal rinse containers small enough to shake(capacity 50 pounds) as follows:Empty the remain-ing contents into application equipment or a mix tank. Fillthe container 1/4 full with water and recap. Shake for10 seconds. Pour rinsate into application equipment or amix tank, or store rinsate for later use or disposal. Drainfor 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Repeat thisprocedure two more rinse containers too large to shake (capacity > 50 pounds) as follows:Empty the remain-ing contents into application equipment or a mix tank.

10 Fillthe container 1/4 full with water. Replace and tighten clo-sures. Tip container on its side and roll it back and forth,ensuring at least one complete revolution, for 30 sec-onds. Stand the container on its end and tip it back andforth several times. Turn the container over onto its otherend and tip it back and forth several times. Empty the rin-sate into application equipment or a mix tank, or storerinsate for later use or disposal. Repeat this proceduretwo more rinse as follows:Empty the remaining con-tents into application equipment or mix tank. Hold container upside down over application equipment or mixtank, or collect rinsate for later use or disposal. Insertpressure rinsing nozzle in the side of the container andrinse at about 40 PSI for at least 30 seconds.
