Growing Together Mitsui and MexicoSeptember 2017 Possibilities of Expansion -Our History in Mexico Restoring a SchoolOn 2013 Painting a Public School was selected by employees of Mitsui de Mexico (MDM) as a volunteer activity in which 46 people participated, including employees and their families and a few members of the school community, who voluntarily offered theirmanual labor. MDM management decided to make an in kind donation to fund the purchase of paint, brushes, rollers, and anti-graffiti protection varnish for the main, exterior wall of Jard n de Ni os # 97 Rep blica de Chile, a public kindergarten in the southern area of Mexico City. Traditional Japanese Drums In order to preserve ancestral Japanese culture, for several years Mitsui de M xico (MDM) has donated traditional drums to LiceoMexicano Japon s (LMJ), a prestigious institute of basic and intermediate education for Japanese and Nikkei children.
