2 D. 246-42(1) Facility Management Systems: (1) Security Functions, Access Control, Fire Detection, Intrusion, etc. e. 246-1000 Ancillary Services: Ancillary Services includes, but is not limited to: services necessary to install the system (from design to start-up), maintain the system (including maintenance agreements, which may not exceed the term of this Contract ), or training. Orders for Ancillary Services can be placed in conjunction with current orders for systems or can be placed for systems that were ordered previously. 8 Gathers and reports on construction types and materials, adverse environments, facility and room dimensions, produces report to aid in engineering and costing of monaco solutions. 246-1000 $ 2. Maximum Order: Special Item Number Maximum Order 246-20(3), 246-25, 246-40 $100,000 246-42(1) $150,000 246-1000 $150,000 Notwithstanding the following maximum order limits by Special Item Number, monaco will honor any order exceeding the maximum order amount, unless that order (or orders) is returned to the ordering office within five work days after receipt, with written notice stating monaco s intent not to ship the item (or items) called for and the reasons.

9 Upon receiving this notice, the Government may acquire the supplies or services from another source. A delivery order that exceeds the maximum order may be placed with the contractor selected in accordance with FAR The order will be placed under the Schedule Contract . 3. Minimum Order Amount: $ 4. Delivery: a. Prices include delivery to any point within CONUS (the 48 contiguous states in the United States and the District of Columbia). b. For delivery to OCONUS (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other territories), the delivery will be FOB Origin, with the transportation charges to be paid by the Government from the point of origin to the destination.

10 5. Point of Production: See price listing for Country of Origin (COO). 6. Discounts: The dollar amounts shown in the basic price are NET. Additional discounts may be negotiated with the ordering activity for orders exceeding the maximum order established. Inquiries regarding quantity discounts may be made to our Customer Service Department. 7. Quantity Discounts: The following additional discounts are available: Quantities of 100 or more complete Transceiver Panels/Fire Alarm Control Panels on a single Purchase Order are eligible for a 2% discount (*upgrade kits and electronics packages are not eligible for this discount).
