1 Guests are required to be 21 years old (on embarkation day) to travel . Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied in the same stateroom by a parent or guardian 25 or older. The exceptions Carnival will make to this policy are: Married minor couple -The booking must be documented that the couple is married. The couple must have proof of marriage at embarkation or they will be denied boarding without the benefit of a refund. Domestic Partners/Same-Sex Union minor couple-The booking must be documented that the couple are legal Domestic Partners/Same-Sex Union. The couple must have legal proof of partnership/union at embarkation or they will be denied boarding without the benefit of a refund.

Lounges, shows, and the dance club: Guests under the age of 18 should be accompanied by an adult in all public areas of the ship. Guests under the age of 18 must vacate the dance club by 10:45pm. Guests under the age of 18 may not attend the Midnight Shows, which are 'R' rated. Use of the waterslide: Holiday; Sensation; Elation; Paradise; Fascination; Ecstasy: guest must be 48' inches in height. The slide ends in the pool. Carnival, Fantasy; Imagination; Inspiration; Destiny; Triumph; Victory; Spirit; Pride; Conquest; Legend; Glory; Miracle; Valor; Liberty; Splendor: guest must be 42' inches in height. The slide is separate from the pool.

4 Guests under 13 must have their parents' permission. Multiple riders are not permitted. No floatation devices may be worn or carried on the slide. The slide is not recommended if there is any physical limitations, impairments, under the influence of alcohol or under a doctor's care. guest must use the slide on his/her back, feet first. Use of the pools: Due to United States Public Health (USPH) Regulations, Carnival does not allow children in diapers, in swimming diapers or those not toilet-trained in the pools. Lifeguards are not on duty. The pools are not designed for diving. Use of the pools by Guests under 13 without adult supervision is prohibited.
