Extend each layer 3 inchesbeyond layer Follow Repair Method 1 for repair of APP On insulated systems inspect for water wet or damaged insulation and replace withinsulation of same type and thickness. Mechanicallyattach insulation or adhere with #111 InsulBondadhesive. Install new roof membrane in accordance withnot less than Henry Specification Alternate repair methods require approval of HenryCompany Technical Services (800) MEMBRANE REPAIRSA.

Install granuleside down centered over the Cover with Ruftac set in #209 ElastoMasticextending 6 inches onto existing BARE SPOTS1. Where granules are missing from glass SBS capsheets, but membrane is in good condition, coatsurface with #902 Permanent Bond Adhesive atrate of 3 to 3 gallons per 100 and while stillwet, broadcast new granules. 2. Where gravel is missing from built-up roof, butmembrane is in good condition, coat surface with#902 Permanent Bond Adhesive at rate of 6gallons per 100 and while still wet, embednew, washed LOW SPOTS & PONDS1. Mark low spots and prime with #107 AsphaltEmulsion.

10 2. Mix #176 PondPatch per manufacturersinstructions and fill low areas. Screed and finishtrowel to proper height over the pond Allow to cure for two days. Make necessarycorrections for proper slope. Remove high spots,fill low After #176 PondPatch has cured two days coverwith #107 Asphalt Emulsion at rate of 3 gallonsper 100 over patched area, overlapping aminimum 6 inches onto the existing membrane. 5. While the emulsion is wet, embed polyester with #107 Emulsion PITCH POCKETS 1. Remove dried mastic from pan, penetration andsides of the pitch pan. 2. Fill base of pan with non-shrinking grout orprepared #176 Pond Patch to within to 1 oftop of pan and allow to dry completely.
