1 GUIDELINE FOR SECURITY bond REFUND upon termination FROM MM2H PROGRAMME Please be informed that MM2H Participants who wish to terminate from this Programme, are allowed to claim for a REFUND on the SECURITY bond placed during the initial endorsement. In order to do so, please find the following procedure: 1. Download the Form SECURITY bond REFUND upon termination ; 2. Submit the Form along with the following documents to the Immigration Unit, MM2H Centre: a. Letter of intention to claim for SECURITY bond REFUND ; b. Original SECURITY bond receipt; c. Copy of Principal s passport (personal details and MM2H pass); d. Bank statement; e. Copy of Conditional Approval Letter f. Copy of termination Letter; and g. Copy of return Flight Ticket. 3. Please note that only complete application documents will be processed.
