Guidelines on the Management of COVID-19 in Obstetrics
• Anticoagulation therapy during labour and delivery should be managed as per standard obstetric protocol. • If anticoagulation was initiated prior to the diagnosis of COVID-19, it should be continued. Normal physiological changes in pregnancy result in alteration of maternal blood volume and reduced fibrinolysis.
