Expanded in 2011 to include DMHAS, the contract is designed to create an integrated behavioral Health service system for our members; Connecticut s Medicaid populations, including children and families who are enrolled in HUSKY Health and DCF Limited Benefit programs. The primary goals of the Partnership are to provide access to and coordination of a more complete and effective system of behavioral Health services and supports, and to improve overall member outcomes.
