1 HEALTH , SPIRITUAL FORMATION & CARE VISION/MISSION STATEMENT HEALTH ministry will support and provide opportunities for a healing and caring community where each can seek to become a whole person in Christ and be a vital center for Spiritual, Physical, and Mental Growth. John 15:12 EXAMPLES OF OPPORTUNITIES IN HEALTH ministry Planning and implementing Educational programming Sharing HEALTH information in BREAD Crumbs, BREAD, bulletin board, website, and flyers Conduct HEALTH screening programs Stephen ministry Provide transportation to church, medical appointments, rehabilitation appointments, etc.

3 Member visitation Free HELP ( HEALTH Equipment Loan Program) Prayer Partners for the Healing Service Participation in the Prayer Chain Prepare and serve meals at the NE AIDS Project Wellness Center Flower delivery on Easter and Christmas for the hospitalized and home-bound The Love of God, as it is the sovereign remedy of all by the unspeakable joy, and perfect calm, serenity, and tranquility it gives the mind, it becomes the most powerful of all the means of HEALTH and long life.
