1 HEMPNALL PARISH COUNCIL Chairman s initials _____ Page Number 1531 Minutes of the PARISH COUNCIL meeting held on tuesday 22 august 2017 at 7:30pm at The Mill Centre Present Vice Chairman Mr Richard Delf took the chair, Mr Stephen Burley, Mr Roger Parker, Mr Mike Turner and the Clerk Mr Ian Nelson Members of the public present None. Apologies Apologies were received from County and District Councillor Alison Thomas, Mr David Hook, Mrs Liz Allen and Mr Peter Workman. Declarations of Interest There were none. Minutes of the previous meeting Mr Burley proposed, Mr Turner seconded and it was unanimously agreed the minutes of the meeting on 18 July 2017 be approved. Public Participation There were none. County/District Councillor update There was no report. Planning Applications New applications since the last meeting: 2017 /1697/8 - Dr Paula Wolfe, 1 Pevensey House, The Street HEMPNALL - Internal and external alterations Mr Turner proposed, Mr Burley seconded and it was unanimously agreed that the application be approved.

2 IN Applications approved since the last meeting: 2017 /1163 - Mr & Mrs Ward, Springwood Lodge, Barondole Lane HEMPNALL - Retrospective planning permission for use of shed as personal art studio. 2017 /1380 - Mr John Kelly, Three Feathers Lundy Green HEMPNALL - erection of cart lodge, domestic shed and post and rail fences. 2017 /1557 - Mrs Hilary Battye, Forge Cottage, The Street, HEMPNALL - Insert roof light in outbuilding. 2017 /1593 - Mr & Mrs V Vrinten, 25 Alburgh Road HEMPNALL - Single storey gable & side extensions to dwelling. 2017 /1554 - Mr & Mrs D Dye, Corner Cottage Road Green HEMPNALL - Side two storey extension replacing existing single storey extension to form annex and first floor extension over existing single storey utility room to form bathroom at first floor.
