2 All standard models are supplied with a pilot and are suitable foran inlet pressure up to 100 bar and an outlet pressure range up to and including 60 R100S pressure regulator is a low-noise version of theR100, with noise reduction up to 40 dB(A). The special low-noisecage reduces the sound at the source instead of damping it andis therefore very effective and satisfies the current requirementson sound level. Except for the low-noise cage, the R100S isidentical to the standard version R100. Higher outlet pressuresare available on (S)-MThe R100(S)-M can be used as working or as a fully openmonitor.

3 A monitor is an emergency regulator that is activatedimmediately after the main regulator fails open. Theoutlet pressure is set using the adjusting screw (1) and set point adjus-ting spring (2). The gas flow to the pilot valve (4) is provided by the sta-biliser part.

10 The stabiliser (6) is a small regulator that maintains a fixeddifference between the outlet pressure and the feeding pressure (5)despite variations in inlet pressure increase in outlet pressure causes the opposite to occur.
