1 1. How to Connect to ICIS - PowerChart Your computer must have the Citrix Web Plug-in installed before you can connect. If it is not installed, please follow the appropriate instructions: For Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista, or Windows 7), go to page three. For Apple Macs, go to page four. To connect to ICIS over the Internet, please do the following: 1. Start your browser. Type in the address area (see below) and press Enter. 2. After the home page appears, click on the PowerChart icon. 3. Wait for the PowerChart sign-on prompt to appear (see below). Now type your User Name and Password, and click OK. User Name Password 4. To add https:\\ to your browser's Favorites, go to page five. Version , 08/29/11. 2. Troubleshooting Help: The error message below indicates that the Citrix Plug-in has not been installed. You will need to install it before connecting to ICIS.

Microsoft Windows Instructions for installing the Citrix Web Plug-in: 1. Start Internet Explorer. 2. Type the URL below into the address bar and press Enter: 3. From the download page click on the link ("Citrix Web Plug-in Application (v11) for Windows, Vista, or 7"). 4. When the File Download window appears, click on the Save button. 5. When prompted for the save file location, select Desktop and click on the Save button to start the download. 6. Once the download has completed, close Internet Explorer. 7. From the Desktop, double-click on the file. 8. Click on the Run button to start the installation. 9. After the install process has successfully completed, click on Close. 10.
3 Delete from your Desktop. 11. Go back to page one and follow the instructions for connecting ICIS. Version , 08/29/11. 4. Apple Mac Instructions for Installing the Citrix Web Plug-in: 1. Start Safari. 2. Type the URL below into the address bar and press Enter: 3. From the download page, click on the link ("Citrix Web Plug-in Application (v11) for Apple Mac"). 4. Click on Download. 5. After the download has finished, double-click on the installation file. 6. Double-click on the icon for the Citrix Presentation Server. 7. Click on Continue and click on Continue again. 8. Click on Agree. 9. Click on Install. 10. When prompted, type your password and click OK to start the installation. 11. After the installation has successfully completed, click on Close. 4 Make sure you are on the https:\\ home page. 2. While holding down the control-key (Ctrl) on your keyboard, press the D key. This will bring up the Add A Favorite dialog. 3. Change the name to SACH ICIS. 4. Click on Add. For Mac Safari: 1. Make sure you are on the https:\\ home page. 2. Click on the "+" button 3. From the pull-down menu, select where you want to store the bookmark. 4. Rename the selection to SACH ICIS. 5. Click on Add. Version , 08/29/11.
