BRIDGES OF NORMAN | GENERAL SERVICE AREA: Cleveland County The Bridges mission is empowering high school students in family crisis to pursue education without obstacles. Quite simply, Bridges houses and serves homeless high school students who are homeless due to no fault of their own.
2 CATHOLIC CHARITIES (EASTERN) | GENERAL SERVICE AREA: Eastern Oklahoma / Tulsa Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma (CCEOK) offers 14 programs at the main campus in North Tulsa, some of which include dental and pregnancy clinics, an emergency food pantry, a transitional living program for mothers experiencing homelessness, counseling services, immigration legal services, and GED and ESL. classes. CATHOLIC CHARITIES (WESTERN) | GENERAL SERVICE AREA: Western Oklahoma / OKC. Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City (CCAOKC) is a multi-faceted service organization with 14. programs. The major programs of CCAOKC include social services for families; affordable HOUSING for families and seniors; homeless services for women and children; disaster response and recovery; adoption and pregnancy services; refugee resettlement; counseling; and immigration legal assistance.

DIVERSION HUB | GENERAL SERVICE AREA: Oklahoma County The Diversion Hub is a comprehensive, one-stop network dedicated to assisting justice-involved individuals in Oklahoma City by harnessing the power of multiple support agencies through combined and synchronized services. Our goal is to provide life-stabilizing resources while empowering individuals to reduce their encounters with the criminal justice system through enhanced support services, including case management, justice navigation, and wrap-around service in one location.
