1 HOW TO ACCESS INFORMATION ABOUT open RECALLS INVOLVING YOUR lexus VEHICLE On the lexus website, owners of lexus vehicles can find out if there are any open safety recalls on their vehicles that is, recalls in which the free remedy has not been yet been completed. To get this INFORMATION , you will need the 17-digit Vehicle INFORMATION Number ( VIN ) for your vehicle. You can usually find your vehicle s VIN on the driver s side door jamb or by looking through the windshield on the driver s side. The VIN also appears in the vehicle s title and registration cards. The page will look like this: To obtain the recall INFORMATION , as well as other valuable INFORMATION ABOUT your lexus vehicle (or vehicles), you will need to log into your lexus Driver Account. If you do not currently have such an account, you will need to create one.
