Correct tour code to use is TRAN. 4) For Transit Hotels and Dayuse package TRAN/TRHT/HCAG , the out date must be +1 day for eg IN 12 JUN-OUT13 JUN STEP 4 Once your hotel is HK in the PNR, toggle to the agent website to double-check the confirmation status and obtain the SSH confirmation number. To retrieve the SSH booking, please insert PNR and family name. STEP 5 Calculate the total price and have the vMPD/EMD issued, via your ticket centre. Please indicate bookings details, hotel, in/out date, SSH confirmation number and prepaid items / special requests (if any) on the vMPD/EMD STEP 6 You MUST enter the voucher number in the OSI fact field of PNR using the following entry.

Due to limited character spaces available, we encourage agents to use short terms for prepaid items and special requests. GDS System Cancel Command Amadeus XEn ( n refers to segment number, XE2) All other GDS systems Xn ( n refers to segment number, X2) CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival and no-shows are subject to a penalty fee equivalent to the first night s stay.

7 This cancellation charge will be recharged to the MCO or EMD number indicated in the APAX field of PNR. REFUNDS Refunds are not permitted for any unused items in the SSH package unless the cause of the non-utilisation was due to a SIA or SilkAir flight delay or disruption. All applications for refunds must be made within 3 months of the date of cancellation. No refund will be entertained if submitted after 3 months from the SSH accommodation dates. Before processing any refund, you must check with Tradewinds if any cancellation or no-show fee is imposed. In the event that a refund is given to passengers without withholding the cancellation/no-show fees, Tradewinds reserves the right to charge the cancellation/no-show fees to the agent. TRADEWINDS BOOKING/SERVICE FEE A service fee of $30 per room booking is chargeable for reinstatement of SSH booking which is cancelled due to missing SSH payment.

8 A booking fee of $30 per booking is chargeable except for exceptional booking scenarios like TCP / Group bookings and late bookings/amendments within 48hours prior to Hotel check-in. Fees will be charged to the Travel Agent through the respective SQ station.
