1 Step 1 > Visit > Select the Log In drop down menu located in the green button at the top of the pageStep 2 > Enter your User ID and Passcode in the appropriate field > Click Log InStep 3 > The Account Summary page will appear > Select the M&T Mortgage (XXXX) link located under the Loans categoryHow to request a Mortgage Payoff StatementStep 4 > You will be redirected to your M&T Mortgage detail page > Select View My Mortgage InfoStep 5 > A pop up will appear advising that you re leaving the M&T Online Banking site and continuing on to the M&T My Mortgage Info website > Select Yes, continue to proceed Note: Please ensure your Pop up menu is enabled in your browser settingsStep 6 > The My Mortgage Account Info page will open > Select Statements and Documents from the dropdown menu at the top of the page > Select Payoff StatementStep 7 > The Payoff Statement page will open > Scroll down until you reach the New Payoff Statement section of the page > Select the As Of Date for your Payoff Statement .
2 This should be the date you intend to pay off your Mortgage > Select the Payoff Reason Step 8 > Select the Statement Mailing Address > You can select the address be mailed to your address or to someone else such as a title company or attorneyNote: The M&T mobile app will have a compressed menu at the top right of the My Mortgage Info page. Click on the compressed menu to reveal the menu options. > Enter name, address and contact phone number if Statement is to be mailed to someone else > Click Submit RequestStep 9 > The requested Payoff Statement can be immediately viewed as a PDF file by clicking on the View your current Payoff Statement link Equal Housing Lender. 2019 M&T Bank.
