1 Page 1 of 1 Responsibilities Provide administrative support to HSE team Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties Manage and distribute HSE documents Compile and prepare reports on monthly basis Ensure vessel s filing system is maintained and up to date Assist in preparatory works in HSE when the company is taking delivery of new vessels Disseminating new directives/information to vessels Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Minimum Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent Minimum 1 year of working experience Proficient in MS Office, Excel Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn Candidates without working experience but keen on this position will be considered Working location: IBP, Jurong East HSE Admin Assistant Company: Vallianz Offshore Marine Pte Ltd Location: Singapore Testing
