Mr. Franklin specialized in the building operation and maintenance field for Ameritech, and was a corporate technical specialist and Educational director for a five-state area, providing technical assistance and Training for 600 employees who maintained 4,000 buildings. Mr. Franklin retired from the corporate world in 2000 and now conducts E. Hoover PE, CEM Rick Hoover is a graduate from Penn State University with a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and Power Technical Institute.
