Test reports are an absolute necessity in balancing. They prevent chaos, errors and generally a big mess of indecipherable and incomplete paperwork. Test reports enable the balancer to keep things organized, clear and neat. They show the procedure and guide the sequence of work. They act as a constant reminder of what information is needed.
