1 I-ROAMFREE TERMS AND CONDITIONS . Postpaid I-ROAMFREE , an international roaming pack by Vodafone is claimed as India's best international roaming plan: This claim is basis independent agency report on existing international roaming plans offered by Indian Telecom Service Providers, as published on respective websites in August 2016. The claim India's best international roaming plan' is based on 4 salient finding vis- -vis benefits offered by Vodafone in its Daily International Roaming pack, I-ROAMFREE .

2 1) Unlimited' Incoming free across 34 countries 2) All outgoing calls at Rs. 1/min across the world, to any network 3) Roaming with minimum validity of 1 day and maximum validity of 10 days across 34 countries 4) Forward dated activation facility for up to 120 days in advance. Pack activation will be basis Indian Standard Time (IST). Activation will be counted as applicable from 00:00 to 23:59 IST time. I-ROAMFREE 2 day pack - If you requested for I-ROAMFREE2 pack at 15:00 hrs IST on the 1st of Sept, you start availing pack benefits immediately on receipt of the activation confirmation SMS (approx. 30. mins after request). Benefits will be applicable till 23:59 hrs IST on the 2nd of Sept. For activation of I-ROAMFREE pack, IR service activation is mandatory. For IR service activation, based on the discretion of Vodafone Credit services, additional deposits may or may not be payable. I-ROAMFREE pack charges are in addition to your monthly plan charge and will be applied to your next bill. Monthly rental for IR service @ Rs. 149/- & daily rental of IR pack @ Rs.

4 500/- per day of pack active will be charged. If I-ROAMFREE packs active, customer will be charged rental for each day of pack active irrespective of usage Discounted rates are applicable on local calls, international calls, sms & data usage in International roaming within the validity of the pack No proration Rentals will be charged in full, irrespective of the usage done These are non-recurring packs. Service will be activated in 30 mins. The benefits available in I-ROAMFREE Packs are applicable for the 34 countries & basis the preferred network only. If I-ROAMFREE pack is activated, customers can roam in any other country other than the 34 countries mentioned as well but would be charged as per standard international roaming rates For customers visiting multiple countries and I-ROAMFREE Pack is active, then discounted benefits will be applicable in the countries mentioned in the pack.

5 Discounts are valid only on IR usage and cannot be used for local/STD/ISD/National Roaming usage. I-ROAMFREE pack discounts are not applicable for premium rate numbers / Maritime / Satellite / Ship Cruise or Inmarsat. Calls to premium rate numbers or special numbers / Maritime / Satellite / Ship Cruise or Inmarsat will be charged at the rates charged by the visited network with an additional surcharge of 15%. Customers can switch off the data services from their mobile handset in case they don't wish to use mobile internet while roaming. 1 SMS = 160 characters. In case you send more than 160 characters in 1 SMS then the rates will be applicable accordingly All voice call rates displayed are rates per minute. Code for activation is Toll-free, if sent from India only.

6 Vodafone reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer without prior notice. I-ROAMFREE packs for company paid connections cannot be activated online or through SMS/USSD/IVR/Website/App and customers need to contact their relationship managers for any requirements The I-ROAMFREE packs rental will be applied on all days of pack being active irrespective of usage done or no while in the Daily Roaming Countries. We'll count a day as 00:00 to 23:59 IST time. If you travel to another I-ROAMFREE packs Country on the same day you'll only be charged the daily rental once for that one day. Usage in bill is displayed basis the country local time You understand and agree that the use of the Services involves the Preferred network of International Roaming Partner, having different time zone, technical support, customer support and usage of language.

7 Due to dependency on International Roaming Partner, Vodafone does not guarantee the service levels or turnaround time as per the Indian standards. Vodafone does not guarantee for the continuous, ubiquitous and uninterrupted coverage or availability of the Services in all time and at all places. Services under I-ROAMFREE pack will be available subject to foreign operator's network CONDITIONS as well as Indian regulatory guidelines applicable from time to time: Services under I-ROAMFREE pack will be available subject to compatible handset, foreign operator's network CONDITIONS as well as Indian regulatory guidelines applicable from time to time. Vodafone cannot guarantee and makes no representation that International roaming services shall always be available or fit in TERMS of the coverage, reception quality, connectivity as Services are offered on best effort basis.

8 Vodafone will not be liable for the coverage, reception quality, connectivity and Services while on International roaming. Charges may be delayed if the external carrier is delayed in advising Vodafone of roaming activity. You understand and agree that billing for the Services is dependent upon the Call Data Records (CDR's). sent by the International Roaming Partner. As per the process set forth by the GSMA, an International Roaming Partner can send CDR's within thirty (30) days after the usage event. There can be the events that International Roaming Partner sends CDR's: o After your billing cycle date. o Or your billing cycle date and the date of receipt of CDR are not the same. o In case of the above events Vodafone may not be able to send alarms to you for high usage and/or the customer uses services beyond the credit limit assigned.

9 Also, in such cases you may be billed for international roaming usage in the current or subsequent bill cycles. In all cases you unconditionally agree to make the timely full payment of your bills for the usage of the Services.
