5 2 to Annex B PRG CSAH ARTICLE I. The Parties hereby agree that the Sub-Paragraph of Paragraph 1 of Annex B Handling SERVICES AND CHARGES shall be entirely repealed and replaced in full as follows: For a single Ground Handling consisting of the arrival and the subsequent departure at agreed timings of the same aircraft, the Handling Company shall provide the following services of Annex A at the following rates: *) For invoicing in EUR the total invoice amount in CZK ( price per turnaround charges for the whole respective billing cycle) shall be converted to EUR by exchange rate CZK/EUR published by CNB (Czech National Bank) as of the day of taxable supply and shall be reported by the Handling Company to the Carrier in written form on every respective invoice.

6 ARTICLE II. The Parties hereby agree that the Sub-Paragraph of Paragraph 4 of Annex B LIMIT OF LIABILITY shall be entirely repealed and replaced in full as follows: The limit of liability referred to in Sub-Article of the Main Agreement shall be as follows: AIRCRAFT TYPE LIMIT(per incident) B737, E190, CRJ200 ,00 USD ARTICLE III. The Parties hereby agree that the Sub-Paragraph of Paragraph 14 of Annex B Miscelaneous shall be entirely repealed and replaced in full as follows: The Parties hereby declare that the text in the: - Annex B of SGHA valid from 1st May 2017: Carrier s identity (in the heading, header/footer and signature page, in Sub-Paragraph and Sub-Paragraph of Paragraph 7 Payment , in Sub-Paragraph of Paragraph 11 Notification ), charges in Sub-Paragraph of Paragraph 1 Handling Services and Charges , charges in Sub-Paragraph of Paragraph 2 Aditional Services and Charges , accounting surcharge in Sub-Paragraph of Paragraph Disbursements , - Amendment No.
