1 Resolution NO. 157 Series of 2022 January 13, 2022 WHEREAS,Section15 ArticleIIofthe1987 ConstitutionstatesthattheStateshallprote ctandpromotetherighttohealthofthepeoplea ndinstillhealthconsciousnessamongthem;WH EREAS,Section2(c) ( )mandatestheInter-AgencyTaskForcefortheM anagementofEmergingInfectiousDiseases(IA TF)topreventand/orminimizethelocalspread ofemerginginfectiousdiseases(EID)intheco untrythroughtheestablishmentorreinforcem entofasysteminscreeningpossiblepatientsi nfectedwithEID,contacttracing,identifica tionofthemodeofexposuretothevirus,andimp lementationofeffective quarantine and proper isolation procedures;WHEREAS,onSeptember10,2021, ( )furtherextendingtheperiodoftheStateofCa lamitythroughoutthePhilippinesuntilSepte mber 12, 2022, unless earlier lifted or extended as circumstances may warrant;WHEREAS,theDepartmentofHealth(DO H),theUniversityofthePhilippines-Philipp ineGenomeCenter(UP-PGC),andtheUniversity ofthePhilippines-NationalInstitutesofHea lth(UP-NIH) (Alpha), (Beta), (Gamma), (Delta), and (Omicron) variants of SARS-CoV-2 in the ,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVED,asitisherebyreso lved,thattheIATF approves the , ( ) Green Listcountries/jurisdictions/territoriesi nallports of entry in the Philippines shall be as (RT-PCR)testtakenwithinforty-eighthours( 48hrs) ,theyshallnolongerberequiredtoobserveman datoryfacility-basedquarantinebutshallse lf-monitorforanysignorsymptom for (7) days with the first day being the date of ,partiallyvaccinated,orindividualswhosev accinationstatuscannotbeindependentlyval idated,theyshallberequiredtopresentanega tiveRT-PCRtesttakenwithinforty-eighthour s(48hrs)

2 ,theyshallberequiredtoundergofacility-ba sedquarantineuntilthereleaseoftheirnegat iveRT-PCRtesttakenonthefifth(5th) ,theyareenjoinedtoself-monitorforanysymp tomsforfourteen(14)days,withthefirstdayb eingthe date of Yellow Listcountries/jurisdictions/territoriesi nallports of entry in the Philippines shall be as :anegativeRT-PCRtesttakenwithinforty-eig hthours(48hrs) ,theyshallundergofacility-basedquarantin ewithanRT-PCRtesttakenonthefifth(5th)day , ,theymaybereleasedforcompletionofhomequa rantine up to the seventh (7th) day from the date of ,partiallyvaccinated,orwhosevaccinations tatuscannotbeindependentlyvalidated:aneg ativeRT-PCRtesttakenwithinforty-eighthou rs(48hrs) ,theyshallundergofacility-basedquarantin ewithanRT-PCRtestdoneontheseventh(7th)da y, ,theymaybereleasedforcompletionofhomequa rantineuptothefourteenth(14th) day from the date of Red Listcountries/jurisdictions/territoriesi nallportsof entry in the Philippines shall be as RedList countries/jurisdictions/territorieswithi nthelastfourteen(14)dayspriortoarrivalto anyportofthePhilippinesshall be :anegativeRT-PCRtesttakenwithinforty-eig hthours(48hrs) ,theyshallundergofacility-basedquarantin ewithanRT-PCRtesttakenontheseventh(7th)d ay, ,theymaybereleasedfromfacilityquarantine ,providedthecompletionofhomequarantineup tothefourteenth(14th) day from the date of ,partiallyvaccinated,orwhosevaccinations tatuscannotbeindependentlyvalidated.
