1 IHM Youth Choir-Pueri Cantores Raffle Rules Each $100 IHM Youth Choir Raffle Ticket gets one numbered Raffle ticket to enter into the IHM Youth Choir Raffle to be held on September 13, 2015. No more than 250 Raffle tickets will be sold. The Grand Prize Raffle winner will receive two tickets to join the IHM Youth Choir-Pueri Cantores Rome & Vatican City trip scheduled December 16, 2015 January 2, 2016. Grand Prize Package includes: round trip airfare from SFO (all or a portion of the cost; not to exceed $3,354 total for two travelers), double-occupancy accommodations, some meals, tours, and the Papal Mass on New Year s Day. NOTE: Space inside St. Peter s Basilica for the New Year s Day Papal Mass is not guaranteed to all participants on the IHM Youth Choir-Pueri Cantores trip. *See detailed sheet for Grand Prize Package itinerary and costs covered provided by IHM Youth Choir-Pueri Cantores.
2 Upon winning the Grand Prize, winner will have until September 15, 2015 to provide the names of the two travelers along with their completed registration materials and accompanying documentation to IHM Youth Choir-Pueri Cantores. No substitutions of travelers will be permitted once the aforementioned information has been submitted to IHM Youth Choir-Pueri Cantores. Should the Grand Prize winner fail to provide the required traveler details and documents to IHM Youth Choir-Pueri Cantores by midnight of the stated deadline, the winning Raffle ticket will be declared null and void, and a new Grand Prize winning ticket will be drawn. Because Pueri Cantores festival registration is closed, the Grand Prize winner of the IHM Youth Choir Raffle will not be permitted to participate in the Pueri Cantores International Congress as singers. Drawing a winner for the IHM Youth Choir Raffle is contingent upon selling a minimum of 80 IHM Youth Choir Raffle Tickets.
3 In the event that less than 80 IHM Youth Choir Raffle Tickets are sold, purchasers may either (1) request a refund of the amount of their numbered ticket, or (2) leave the donation as a tax deductible gift to IHM Youth Choir-Pueri Cantores. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable state and federal taxes. The Second Prize Winner is entitled to one room for a three night stay for 4 people at either Tahoe, Napa, or Anaheim. The Second Prize Winner will coordinate with the timeshare owner to book a reservation at the selected location. Availability will vary at each location. No prize substitutions and/or cash value exchanges allowed.
