3 Unless otherwise specified, allgoods are sold ILLINI 's factory or warehouse shipping and route of shipment shallbe at the discretion of ILLINI unlessPurchaser specifies otherwise. Any additional expense of the methodor route of shipment specified by Purchaser shall be borne entorelyby Partial Shipments and DelaysIllini reserves the right to make partial shipments. Partial shipmentsshall be separately invoiced and paid for when due per invoice with-out regard to subsequent deliveries. Delay in delivery of any partialshipment shall not relieve Purchaser of its ibligations to accept re-maining deliveries. ILLINI shall not be laible for any damage includingspecial or consequential dmamges as a result of any Payment TermsWith credit approval, the net amount of an invoice shall be due thirty(30) days after the invoice date unless otherwise stated in the , any unpaid balance is subject to a service charge.

4 Illinireserves the right to request credit information and establish creditlimits. ILLINI may require full payment in advance of shipment of warrants that its new Parts will conform to applicable specifica-tions and be free of defects in material and workmanship under nor-mal use and service. This warranty shall extend for 180 days from Illiniinvoice date. ILLINI will replace free of charge ILLINI plant anyparts to be defective in materials or workmanship provided the part orparts were properly installed, serviced, and used in normal opera-tion. ILLINI may request the defective part be returned to our ware-house. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ILLINI RECOGNIZE CLAIMSFOR LABOR CHARGES OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OUT LIABILITYBEING LIMITED STRICTLY TO THE Replacement OF SUCH Parts ASWE FIND Service Parts Return PolicyPurchaser may return any returnable Parts subject to the followingterms and conditions.

5 A non-returnable part is identified in the cur-rent Parts price Remanufactured Parts PolicyRemanufactured Parts will be rpiced for the item ordered plus corecharge if applicable. These charges will be separated on order of invoice date and the Parts must be returned within thirty(30) days of the authorization for Parts shipped/ordered in Your purchase order number and the ILLINI order number must besubmitted witht he request. All goods returned must be accompa-nied by sales invoice supporting part purchase from All Parts authorized for return must have an RMA (Return MaterialAuthorization) number and a copy of the RMA with the return Freight must be prepaid by the All Parts must be tagged with OEM/ ILLINI part Parts must be in a new and saleable condition as determined byIllini Parts must have been originally purchased as an emergency orrepair service Parts order from ILLINI .

6 Stock order returns will beallowed only on the annual return Cores returned must have prior Return Material Authorization(RMA). Cores must be complete and assembled with core tag at-tached. Cores must be returned within 45 days of shipment ofremanufactured Parts returned without a return material authorization (RMA) willnot be accepted and will be returned to the Purchaser, frieght If Purchaser places an order and that part was placed in error byPurchaser, or a shipping error, the Purchaser can return the partsubject tot he above terms (items A-I).L. Once per year, a Purchaser may return for credit up to 10% of thestock orders placed the previous calander year subject to the aboveterms (items B-I).
