A verifier is anyone seeking EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION on a current or former associate: banks/credit institutions, other employers, property managers/landlords, reference checks, and state or government agencies. Please provide this document to any verifier that requests an EMPLOYMENT or income VERIFICATION . Instructions for the associate should be printed from the WIRE. IMPORTANT EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION INFORMATION . Walmart uses The Work Number to provide automated EMPLOYMENT and income VERIFICATION for our associates. There are two options to get the INFORMATION you need instantly. Option 1: Use a credit card or become a member to get instant Web verifications. Option 2: 1-800-367-5690. Use a credit card or become a member to get a voiced or faxed VERIFICATION in minutes.
2 To Obtain Proof of EMPLOYMENT Only 1) Contact The Work Number by using one of the above options. 2) Follow the prompted instructions. 3) You will need the following INFORMATION : Walmart Employer Code: 10108. Associate's Social Security Number To Obtain Proof of EMPLOYMENT plus Income 1) Use the instructions for obtaining proof of EMPLOYMENT . 2) Enter the Salary Key/Authorization Code provided by the associate. Note: Associates may get a Salary Key by visiting or calling 1-800-367-2884. Associates will need to enter the Walmart Employer Code 10108, their SSN, and their Work Number PIN to obtain a Salary Key. Associates can get INFORMATION about their Work Number PIN on the Walmart WIRE. Instructions for a State or Government Agency to Obtain VERIFICATION If not registered: or 1-800-996-7566. All agencies must register to use the service. Once you are registered, please follow the steps below to obtain the verifications you need.
