1 Important Information Registration for Online and Continuing Education Class To register for College of Online and Continuing Education (COCE) courses through mySNHU, a student must meet all requirements listed below and have discussed the plan with their academic advisor. If you have any questions about this process, please contact the Academic Advising Office at To register for an online or continuing education class, undergraduate campus students must: Enroll in at least 12 campus credits during fall or spring semester (not required in summer terms). For example, to be eligible for 17EW1, students must be enrolled in 12+ credits during 17 FADAY.

2 Have completed at least the following number of credits at Southern New Hampshire University Transfer students: 12 credits All other students: 25 credits Register for no more than the 19 credit maximum for fall and spring semesters (total of all in-person and online classes, including any classes from which a student has withdrawn). Register for no more than two COCE courses in one term Have a cumulative GPA of at least a Have all prerequisites for the course completed If you do not meet the criteria and wish to petition for an exception: Complete the Petition to take an Online or Continuing Education Class and submit it to the Academic Advising Office at least five business days prior to the start of the course.

3 The Academic Advising Office will contact you regarding your request Other Important Information Click here for the College of Online and Continuing Education term dates Your registered course(s) will appear in Blackboard 14 days before the start of the term. You are expected to begin participating in Blackboard right away. Students not participating in a graded activity during the first week will be removed from the course. Add/Drop and Withdrawal Process If you wish to drop a class before it begins, you may drop it on your own through mySNHU. If you wish to add an additional COCE class or change the one you were originally registered for, please do so on mySNHU or contact the Academic Advising Office BEFORE the term begins.

4 Once the term begins, you will not be able to ADD any additional/alternate courses. Once your selected course begins, you have until Sunday (11:59pm) of the first week to drop the class. In order to do so, please complete the appropriate COCE withdraw/drop form. After the first week (and until the end of week 4), you must withdraw from the course by completing the withdraw form. Please review the withdrawal form for details on all policies.
