3 ACTION LEARNING STRATEGY , Students Speaking SkillThis research aimed to improved the students speaking skill in Englishlesson by using ACTION LEARNING STRATEGY . This research was conducted by usingClassroom ACTION Research (CAR). The subject of this research was VIII-A gradeof MTs PAB 1 Helvetia 2016/2017 academic year which consisted of 48 objective of this research was to improve students speaking skill in EnglishLesson by using ACTION LEARNING STRATEGY at Eight Grade of MTsPAB 1 research was conducted in two cycles which eachconsists of planning,acting, observing, and reflecting. The data were gathered through quantitative andqualitative result of this reserach showed that there was increasing of students inspeaking skill.
4 The mean of pre-test was 59. The meanof post-test 1 was mean of post-test 2 was It indicated that the scores and the mean insecond cycle were better than the first cycle. The percentage of students who gotpoint >75 also grew up. In the pre-Test, the students who got point>75 up were 4students ( ). In the post-test of cycle 1 students who got point >70 up were30 students ( ). The post-test of cycle 2, students who got point >75 were38 students ( ). In other words, the students ability in speaking improvedand became well in the first meeting to the next the name of Allah, the beenficent, and the Merciful. Praise and gratitudebe to Allah for giving the strength and guidance for the writer, so that this skripsican be finished accordingly.

This shows thatteachers an enrichments with appropriate ways of teaching atmosphere, that whyin teaching English asthe second language by applying new and modifiedfashions in order that the result of the teaching process would contribute moreinput to reach satisfied LEARNING outcome. Whole around the world recently, wherethe people encourage that English as their target or second language used basedon whole interactions and communication holding the dominant role of every2aspects of their life.
