DEXTER II WHEREAS, LEMORRIS DEXTER , a/k/a LEMORRIS M. DEXTER II, LEMORRIS Micah DEXTER II, LEMORRIS Olorunfemi DEXTER II, Lemarns DEXTER , and Lee M. 2 And WHEREAS, LEMORRIS DEXTER has been warned by court security that measures would be taken to secure the courthouse building and its employees against further hostile and disruptive behavior should it occur; and WHEREAS, LEMORRIS DEXTER has continued to engage in hostile, disruptive, and threatening behavior in the Alachua Family and Civil Justice Center such as that set forth above; and WHEREAS, it is therefore necessary that procedures be established for the lawful admission of LEMORRIS DEXTER to the Alachua Family and Civil Justice Center, and that appropriate actions be taken in the event of his unlawful presence in the courthouse. 3 State, 375 So. 2d 840, 844 (Fla. 1979); Adderley v. Florida, 385 39, 47 (1966). See also Hernandez v. Board of Regents, 1997 WL 391800 ( Fla. 1997); it is therefore ORDERED: 1. LEMORRIS DEXTER is prohibited from entering the Alachua Family and Civil Justice Center, 201 East University Avenue, Gainesville, Florida (hereafter sometimes referred to as the courthouse), except on lawful business. The lawful business of LEMORRIS DEXTER in the Alachua County Family and Civil Justice Center may include appearing at a scheduled court event in response to a notice of hearing, subpoena, or order issued to him; filing documents with the Clerk of Court; paying money to the Clerk of Court; and performing any other business which reasonably requires his presence in the Alachua County Family and Civil Justice Center.

If LEMORRIS DEXTER appears in the Alachua Family and Civil Justice Center on lawful business, he shall be escorted to the place within the courthouse where he may discharge his business lawfully. He shall remain under escort for as long as he is in the courthouse discharging his lawful business, and he shall then be escorted out of the courthouse. 3. If LEMORRIS DEXTER enters the Alachua Family and Civil Justice Center for any reason other than for lawful business, he will be issued a trespass warning by court security personnel. If he then enters the courthouse again for any reason other than for lawful business, the trespass warning which was issued against him will be executed, and LEMORRIS DEXTER shall be subject to arrest for violation of the trespass warning.

5 This order renumbers and reformats prior Administrative Order No. entitled In Re: LEMORRIS DEXTER , a/k/a LEMORRIS M.
