I handcuffed Stowe, checked for fit, double locked and searched his person and the vehicle with his consent. Stowe was then transported to the Scotts Bluff county jail by Officer Hansen.

8 Contact was made with the male who appeared intoxicated. The male had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his person and was carrying around closed 24 oz. can of malt beverage. The male was told to leave and did. Approx. 15 minutes later we were called back to the same address where I contacted the smell intoxicated male. The male was placed on a CPC hold to sober up and transported to the Scottsbluff County Jail. The male lives in town but did not go home as he said he was going to do on the first contact but yet disregarded our orders telling him to not come back tonight.
