Our range has beendeveloped to provide the same high quality product and design forother market sectors such as instrumentation, transportation andmaterials handling to name just a catalogue has been specifically designed to cover the connectorrequirements of customers using INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION products solenoid valves, proximity, photoelectric, capacitive, reed, hall effectand limit switches together with our latest offering in Multi-Port SplitterBoxes but is not the limit of our capability or product range. Shownare some examples of customised solutions designed for receptacles with integral wiring of Nano-Change Mini-Change and mPm connectors for controlfunctions.

This provided a through panel connection system ,which provides a water proof (IP67) solution for control systemsin harsh operating Multi-In-Line Splitter is a complete wiring system built intoone CONNECTOR . In this case it has been used to provide a solutionfor wiring proximity switches and solenoid valves with the choiceof either a home run CONNECTOR or panel mounted receptacle forthe control installation. The ultimate wiring SYSTEMS , this is a model of a complete plugand play solution for wiring a complex mixing machine. Thiscomprises a variety of CONNECTOR types together with a shieldedcircuit for drive , a range of PCB and panel mount multi- pole Mini-Change receptacles for integration into a control system ,where environmental protection is required and a robust AND MPM CONNECTORSYSTEMS112233443 SELECTIONGUIDEIn order to choose the correct connectors for your system , it is important to note thevarious type of connectors available.

Below is a short introduction to guide you to thecorrect part of the (M8) MULTI-PORTSYSTEMSThe Nano-Change 3 and 4 pole connectors are notinterchangeable, so care has to be taken in selecting the , inductive, reed and Hall effect switches and a limited rangeof photoelectric sensors use 3 pole connectors . Where as manyphotoelectric switches use the 4 pole CONNECTOR , in this case pin 2 istypically used for programming the device or as an alarm the In-line Splitter, a 4 pole twin I/O unit can be used toconnect two devices per port, so doubling the capacity of (M12) MULTI-PORTSYSTEMSThe single I/O or 4 wire units, have common power and earth circuits, plus I/O from each port.

These are fully compatible with all sensorsand solenoids with the additional choice of either PNP or NPN LEDindication of power and twin I/O or 5 wire units allow for two devices (input or output) tobe connected per port doubling the capacity of the unit. Using a 4pole, 4 wire jumper cable with these units completes the connectionfor switches with programming functions or complementary (M8) 3, 4 AND5 pole CONNECTORSNano-Change is available in 3, 4 and 5 pole designs with either asnap fit or M8 threaded coupling nut. Versions with LED indicationshow power to the device while a separate LED reports the signalstatus (on or off). The range is complemented by panel mount receptacles either withPCB or wire (M12) 3, 4, 5 AND8 pole CONNECTORSM icro-Change single key way connectors are available as 3, 4, 5 or8 pole .

The 3, 4 and 5 poles devices are fully interchangeable formaximum flexibility. Female and male attachable connectors with screw terminals andchoice of gland size on the straight versions, plus a range of panel andPCB mount receptacles, complete the DIN 43650 FORMA, B ANDC CONNECTORSThe mPm Din 43650 Form A, B and C connectors provide theoption of fully moulded or field attachable versions. In each case, choice of either connectors with or withoutindication and suppression circuits are available. 3 pole Single I/O units4 pole Twin I/O unitsM16 Home Run ConnectorsM8 to M8 Sensor/Input JumpersM12 to M8 Sensor/Input JumpersSolenoid Valve to M8 Output JumpersM12 to M8 Adapters and SplittersSolenoid Valve to M8 Adapters4 Wire Top-Mount Single I/O Units5 Wire Top-Mount Twin I/O Units4 Wire Side-Mount Single I/O UnitsM23 Home Run ConnectorsMini-Change Home Run ConnectorsM8 to M12 Sensor JumpersM12 to M12 Sensor JumpersSolenoid Valve to M12 Output JumpersM8 to M12 Adapters and SplittersSolenoid Valve to M12 AdaptersMoulded Snap ConnectorsMoulded Coupler ConnectorsAttachable ConnectorsFemale and Male ReceptaclesMoulded
